Privacy Policy

Processing of personal data, including Google user data

1. General

This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) explains what data the service available at telega.tr (the “Service”) processes, how that data is used, stored and protected, and what rights you have.

The data controller is a private individual — the owner of the telega.tr website (“we”, “us”). By using the Service and granting access to your Google account, you confirm that you have read this Policy and agree to its terms.

The Service is an integration solution (including a Telegram bot and server-side handlers) designed to exchange and process data between external systems at the user's request and in the user's interest.

2. What Data We Process

2.1. Data you provide

service identifiers and technical request parameters required for the Service to operate;
the content of messages and commands you send to the Service (for example, via the Telegram bot).

2.2. Data received from Google via OAuth

When you connect a Google account, the Service requests only the permissions (scopes) necessary for its stated function, namely:

Basic Google profile — your email address and account identifier, so we know which user is authorized (scopes openid, email);
Google Sheets — reading and writing data in the spreadsheets you have explicitly granted access to (e.g. for export or synchronization);
Google Drive — access to the files and folders needed to create, read or update those spreadsheets and related files.

2.3. Data we do not request

We do not request or process the contents of your email, calendar data, contacts, location history, or any other Google data not listed in Section 2.2.

3. How We Use Google Data

Google data is used solely to provide the Service to you:

to identify you when you sign in;
to read and write data in the Google Sheets you connected;
to access the relevant files and folders on Google Drive required to work with those spreadsheets;
to perform actions you explicitly initiate in the Service.

We do not use Google data for advertising, profiling, analytics, model training, or any purpose unrelated to the core functionality of the Service.

Google API Services User Data Policy (Limited Use) compliance. The Service's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. In particular, we do not transfer Google data to third parties except as permitted by the policy, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not allow humans to read it except where necessary for the operation of the Service or as required by law.

4. Legal Basis and Consent

Google data is processed on the basis of your explicit consent, given on the Google OAuth consent screen. You may withdraw that consent at any time (see Section 7).

5. Storage and Security

Data is processed and stored on secured servers. Access to authorization tokens is restricted and used only for the operation of the Service. We apply reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.

We retain Google data no longer than necessary for the purposes described in Section 3, or until you revoke access.

6. Sharing with Third Parties

We do not sell or transfer your Google data to third parties for advertising or any purpose unrelated to the Service. Data may be disclosed only:

with your consent;
where necessary for the Service to operate, and only to the extent required for such operation;
where required by law or a lawful request from a competent authority.

7. Revoking Access and Deleting Data

Revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions — select the Service and remove its access. The Service then loses access to your Google data.
Request deletion of previously processed data by writing to the contact address in Section 10. We will delete the relevant data within a reasonable time unless retention is required by law.

8. Cookies and Technical Data

telega.tr may use technical cookies and server logs (IP address, browser type, request time) necessary for the operation and security of the Service. This data is not used for advertising profiling.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy. The current version is always available on this page. The effective date is shown at the top of the document.
